  • Generate a unique URL (subdomain) and QR code.
  • Mobile optimization, fast loading and secure HTTPS connection.

2. Ownership and use

  • The free page remains yours indefinitely while hosted by Graycape.
  • Graycape reserves the right to maintain, move or optimize the page as technically necessary.
  • If you wish, you can upgrade to a paid domain/website at any time.

3. Responsibility for the information provided

  • You are responsible for ensuring that the information, text and images you submit are accurate and yours.
  • Graycape is not responsible for content that violates copyrights or contracts with third parties.

4. Approval and communication

  • After completing the form, you will receive an email with the finished page and a QR code.
  • Brief clarifications on the information provided are possible.

5. Limitation of liability

  • The service is free of charge and is provided "as is" with no guarantee of specific results.
  • Graycape is not responsible for service interruptions caused by external factors (hosting, ISPs, external systems).

6. Updates

Graycape may update these terms as changes to the service occur. The latest version will always be provided upon request.

If you do not agree to the terms, please do not submit the form.

Additional terms and extended clauses

7. Hosting, technical support and availability

  • The free page is hosted on Graycape infrastructure or on partner servers.
  • Brief technical interruptions related to maintenance, upgrades, security, or external factors beyond Graycape's control may occur.
  • Graycape does not guarantee 24/7 uptime for the free package, but strives for maximum stability and speed.

8. Intellectual property

  • The design, structure, systems and technical implementation of the page are the intellectual property of Graycape.
  • The customer is free to use the page but may not copy, transfer or sell the template without written permission.
  • The content, images and texts provided by the customer remain their property.

9. Integrity and reliability of data

  • The customer declares that the information they provide (name, business details, contacts, images) is true and accurate.
  • Graycape shall not be liable for any damages caused by false or misleading information provided by the customer.

10. Photos, images and copyrights

  • Photos uploaded by the customer must be their own or used with permission.
  • Graycape shall not be liable for claims by third parties for illegal use of images.
  • When in doubt, Graycape may request alternative photos.

11. Limitation of liability

  • Graycape does not guarantee a certain number of customers, sales or business results from the free page.
  • No responsibility is accepted for losses caused by external factors such as hosting problems, ISPs, domain blocking or third party systems.
  • The page is provided "as is" but we strive for high quality and professional workmanship.

12. Approval and communication

  • When an appointment is requested through TidyCal, it is considered a request, not an automatic approval.
  • Graycape may offer an alternative time slot in the event of occupancy or mismatch.
  • After accepting the appointment, you will receive a confirmation email or message.

13. Denial of service and removal of a page

  • Graycape reserves the right to remove any page that contains prohibited content, fraud, illegal activity, or violates best practices.
  • The customer may request removal of the page at any time by email request.
  • Removal is done within 7 working days.

14. Data, privacy and security

The data you provide via the form is used solely for the creation of your web page and subsequent communication regarding the service. All policies and practices are detailed in your Privacy Policy.

15. Right to changes

Graycape may update these Terms to improve or adapt to changes in the Service. In the event of significant changes, the customer will be notified.
